Currently we accept the traditional form (and most preferred!) Cash; Check, All Major Credit Cards (American Express, Discover, Visa, Mastercard) as well as PayPal. Our Billing & Payment Requirements All customers are required to place a valid credit card on file with our office. We will charge your card for the balance due the day after we provide service. Once a month, we will e-mail a detailed statement showing a balance due of zero. Declined Cards We understand that cards are lost and stolen and are sometimes declined due to low funds on a particular day. If your card is declined, we will try it again a few days later. If it still won t go through, we will try to contact you. If you respond quickly with another card, we will promptly put you back on the schedule. If we don t hear from you, you will be removed from the schedule and we will send you a bill for the balance due.
