First visits & overgrowth
A first visit may cost more when grass is heavily overgrown or requires substantially more time than routine maintenance. We will communicate any adjustment.
Property conditions
Steep slopes, restricted access, excessive obstacles, unusual trimming or other conditions can affect pricing. The estimator provides a starting price based on the information entered.
Weather & scheduling
Rain, saturated turf, severe heat and other unsafe conditions may shift your service day. We resume service as soon as conditions and routing allow.
Clippings, leaves & beds
Routine mowing does not include bagging, leaf removal, flower-bed cleanup or weeding unless those services are specifically arranged.
Skipped visits & cancellations
Please provide advance notice when requesting a skip or cancellation. Longer gaps can create extra growth and may require a price adjustment on the next visit.
Payment
